THIS February, imagine splashing in the warm Pacific Ocean and soaking up the healing rays of the Mexican sun, while practicing NVC skills and playing with kindred spirits! Deepen your NVC experience with Holley, known for hands-on, empathic and fun connection AND do some tender, life-changing, self-exploration as well. A BONUS: For more adventure, we'll take a day trip to another coastal village called Barra de Navidad on their local market day, and practice NVC along the way. We'll be enjoying lots of friendship, sharing, much playing and laughing together, PLUS... delicious food, adventure, and FUN learning, Join us for an experience to remember!
PREVIOUS NVC EXPERIENCE REQUESTED? Minimum. This is a Basic and Intermediate Skills Level Retreat.

REGISTRATION TIME: Saturday 5:30- 6:15pm in the lobby
RETREAT BEGINS: Saturday 6:30pm - Tropical Drinks Welcome and Dinner
LOCATION: Manzanillo, Mexico: Four and one half hours south of Puerto Vallata on the Happy Coast (Costa Allegre) Our retreat will be at the Tenisol Resort Hotel, an intimate, lushly tropical setting, two blocks from a quiet, lovely beach with 4 miles of unobstructed walking. www.tenisolresort.com (Email Holley for photos.)
EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION FEE: $450US or $500 after January 5th. A limited number of partial scholarships are available upon request.
ACCOMODATIONS COSTS: Tenisol Resort Hotel is $525US for 6 nights, double occupancy with A/C and bath. "Creating Nurturing Relationships and Nurturing Myself"
A basic skills retreat, deepening into personal transformation.
A Basic and more course in Compassionate Communication©; Join us this July in if you'd like to learn some life-transforming communication skills!... This is will be a five day camping retreat for up to 14 women on 40 private acres in Southern Oregon. The focus will be on empowering us to hear each others needs in relationships by learning skills to:
- Share intimately and listen empathically;
- Resolve conflicts before they become overwhelming;
- Transform self-defeating patterns to bring forward your authentic self;
- With time out for fun on our magical Copperland and the nearby river.
WHEN: Thursday 3:00 pm. through Sunday 2:00 after lunch (Arrive anytime after 1:00pm Thu. to set up and relax.)
WHERE: 15 minutes South of Grants Pass, Oregon. A map will be provided.
AIRPORT: MFR is the closest airport-45 minutes away. There is a shuttle service to Grants Pass. We will pick up from GP at no charge.
FOOD: Thursday Welcome Dinner, plus all meals through Sunday lunch are included. All meals will be mostly organic, gourmet vegetarian with some chicken and fish for those who want more protein. As a strategy to keep the costs down, everyone will be requested to sign up to contribute one or two hours of assistance.
COST: Request is $275 for early-birds. ($310 postmarked after June 30th).
LODGING: No charge if you bring your own tent or camper, bedding and towels (Option: rent a rustic cabin on the land.)
DEPOSIT: $150 to hold your early-bird space. Total due July 2nd or your space may be released to another.

Empathic Listening-Women's Workshop
EVENT DESCRIPTION: Learn or review the NVC Basics with Holley, known for her hands-on, empathic and fun connection style: Imagine being able to express what's in your heart clearly and honestly AND to be able to hear the deeper needs of those you care about as well. In a gentle atmosphere of trust and caring, build new confidence and hopefulness in how you communicate and connect on a need level. In living room coziness, surrounded by 360 degree mountain views, join us for friendship, learning, exploration and laughter.
PREVIOUS NVC EXPERIENCE REQUESTED? Minimum. This is a Basic Skills Level workshop.

TIME: Friday 6-8:45pm Saturday: 9:30-4pm
LOCATION: Murphy, Oregon. 15 minutes south of Grants Pass on route 238. We will be peacefully embraced in Nature on 40 private, secluded acres, nestled in the foothills of the Siskyou Mountains. Cabins and RV spaces are available for out-of-towners. Call for directions.
DONATION REQUESTED: Sliding $90-$130 (or some trade)
OTHER REQUEST: Bring an old hat and imagine doing some nurturing, self-discovery.
